Work Description ✏️

홈 화면 알림 관련 UI 반영 + 지도 마커 표시 수정.

1) 홈 상단 알림 버튼 (피그마 시안)

• 검색바 우측에 56dp 원형 알림 버튼(흰 배경 + 검색바와 동일한 이중 그림자, ic_bell) 추가
• 검색바 영역을 Row { 검색바(weight) + 알림 버튼 } 구조로 변경
• 클릭 → 알림 목록 화면 이동 (Event.OnNotificationClick → SideEffect.NavigateToNotification, 홈 그래프에서 navigateToNotification() 배선)
• 알림 버튼은 HomeAlertButton 컴포넌트로 분리 (home/component/)

2) 찜 마커 찌그러짐 수정

• 문제: img_favorite(180×190)를 img_pin(204×204)과 동일하게 정사각으로 강제 → 찜 마커가 가로로 찌그러짐
• 수정: 찜 마커는 높이를 야구펍 마커와 맞추고 너비만 원본 비율(FAVORITE_PIN_ASPECT)을 유지 → 찌그러짐 없이 야구펍 마커처럼 표시
