convert .bru to open collection

bun run index.ts olddir newdir

NOTE:

• only convert .bru files in olddir
• convert .bru files to yaml files in newdir
• each .bru file will be converted to a yaml file with the same name in newdir
• need to manual add opencollection.yml in newdir
