Rewrite the README for the technical preview. The updated README sharpens Prism's positioning, clarifies what Prism is and is not, improves the install/getting-started flow, and keeps the public API, native support, fallback, examples, and platform-credit messaging aligned with the current project state. No runtime behavior changes.
