Adds load testing scripts for the 7683 intent bridge

We wanted to test the bridge more thoroughly

How Has This Been Tested?

Manually with ./script/test/7683/loadtesting/loadtest.sh 60 and a loaded .env

Can you please do formatting changes separately? This is very difficult to review.

Eg. you could let me review actual changes, get them approved, then apply formatting and then merge it in overriding no review.
