Updates the Cargo lockfile so the project uses the latest compatible dependency versions under the existing manifest constraints.
Kept this lockfile-only to avoid mixing dependency maintenance with code changes.
Checks run:
cargo test --all-features --workspacecargo fmt --checkcargo clippy --all-features --workspace -- -D warnings
