The rust branch needed to be fully cleared. This PR removes all tracked repository content from that branch so it can be used as a clean starting point.

  • Branch reset

    • Deleted all tracked files currently present on rust.
    • Left branch history intact while making the branch content itself empty at HEAD.
  • Resulting branch state

    • rust now represents an empty working tree for future Rust-specific initialization or selective reintroduction of files.
