Closing — blocked by the same constraint as #41.

@vitejs/plugin-react@6 requires vite@^8, and vite 8 cannot be installed while electron-vite@5 peers on vite@^5 || ^6 || ^7. v6 also drops Babel, so it is a coupled change with the vite 8 upgrade rather than a standalone bump.

Major bumps for this package are now ignored until electron-vite 6 is stable — see #55.
