Hi, just a small downstream note: we are waiting on this update so we can remove a local vendored patch for tauri-apps/global-hotkey#176 in our Tauri app.

global-hotkey 0.8.0 contains the Windows hold-to-talk CPU fix, but the latest released tauri-plugin-global-shortcut still depends on global-hotkey 0.7, so downstream apps using the plugin cannot pick up the fix through released crates yet.

@amrbashir, sorry for the direct ping, but since you handled the original global-hotkey issue/release: would you or another maintainer be able to review/merge this when you have a chance? Thanks!
