Add the definitive Perseus Setup & Configuration Guide as SETUP-GUIDE.md, then use it as the baseline for auditing all 46 docs across the repo. Audit findings fixed (11 changes across 8 files): CRITICAL: - QUICKSTART.md: Replace dangerous allow_query_shell=false with correct render+trust config blocks; link to SETUP-GUIDE - INSTALL.md: Add uv/pip install as primary paths (formerly only showed scripts/install.sh from-source install) - SETUP-GUIDE.md: Add PERSEUS_ALLOW_DANGEROUS=1 requirement (v1.0.6) - docs/quickstart.md: Add complete render+trust config (was missing entirely) HIGH: - README.md: Fix stale @Perseus v0.4 headers -> v1.0.6; add workspace flag to Hermes MCP config; add Hermes priority order note - SKILL.md: Fix stale @Perseus v1.0.2 -> v1.0.6 - docs/PRODUCT_CONTRACT.md: Add warning that balanced profile disables @query - WIRING.md: Replace old permissions.profile format with render+trust blocks - Cross-reference SETUP-GUIDE.md from README doc table + docs/index.md Verified: 4 critical + 7 high-severity issues resolved.
