fix(desktop): drop degenerate .window-state.json geometry on boot

A corrupt .window-state.json with an implausibly small persisted size (a 2x2 main window has been seen in the wild on macOS 26) is now dropped at boot before the window-state plugin restores it, so the app can no longer launch with a permanently invisible window.
