Feature Request: Get single variables

Getting a single variable would be useful.

e.g:

{
    "FOO": "1",
    "BAR": "2"
}

yarn ssmx get FOO

Would return "1".

I'm unsure if nested variables can exist. If they do, it could be worth following how jq handles this.
