Research

Trained and fine-tuned PyTorch segmentation models on hippocampal brain sections, improving Jaccard index from 0.161 → 0.505.

Advised by Jorge Maldonado and Dr. Catherine Best-Popescu, Cellular Neuroscience Imaging Laboratory at the Beckman Institute, UIUC.
