- Upgraded project to .Net Standard 1.0
- Removed old nuget builder since project now output nuget package.

Did not run tests since I use XUnit instead of NUnit. |

Hey @malylemire1 thanks for this contribution! It has been a very long time since I have actively worked on this project. I will try to find some time to get it up and running to test this and be able to publish the latest version to NuGet. |
