Adds interactive HTTP viewer widgets and reusable host-file inputs to Workflow Apps, registers NewtonScene in the official catalog, and documents the contracts. Also scopes root pytest collection to the core repository so independent packages use their own environments. Tests: python -m pytest (834 passed, 8 skipped); editor npm run build; Newton templates validate. Runtime release decision: the editor-only contract needs no Runtime release, but coordinated managed delivery of blacknode-newton 0.1.6 requires a Runtime patch followed by a merged-commit source-lock update.
