🎯 What problem does this PR solve?

Cuts @qvac/openclaw-plugin 0.3.2 so installs resolve @qvac/ai-sdk-provider@^0.8.0 and @qvac/cli@^0.14.0. Dep-only; no plugin source changes.

Do not publish until CLI 0.14.0 and provider 0.8.0 are on npm.

📝 How does it solve it?

  • Version 0.3.10.3.2
  • @qvac/ai-sdk-provider ^0.7.0^0.8.0
  • @qvac/cli ^0.13.0^0.14.0
  • Hand-authored changelog (no merged plugin PRs since 0.3.1)

🧪 How was it tested?

  • Changelog generator found no path-scoped PRs after ae0399aba
  • prettier --check on changelog files
