Add dMagnetic PKGBUILD and foot window padding#161

Package the dMagnetic Magnetic Scrolls interpreter (terminal sixel/UTF graphics) from the official dettus.net 0.37 tarball, built from source with upstream's render self-tests wired into check(). Also add 20x20 centered padding to foot so the grid no longer paints flush against the window edges. Note: claude/settings.json was left out of this commit as unrelated churn.
