Import 22 skills from github.com/mattpocock/skills (engineering, productivity, and misc buckets) into agent-skills/, each namespaced with a pocock- prefix and an ATTRIBUTION.md crediting the original. Verbatim copies for now (tool references not yet adapted to this harness). Excludes deprecated/in-progress/personal skills, the self-referential setup-matt-pocock-skills/ask-matt, the already-ported grill-me/grill-with-docs, and OpenAI-only agents/openai.yaml files.
