Description

Updates Omega to scan mka/mkv files into the music library. Note that the HD audio codec detection requires a patched version of ffmpeg 6.0.1 which is not available from this repository.

Motivation and context

This allows scanning of mkv files into the music library, treating such videos as albums.

How has this been tested?

I've tested my own code !

What is the effect on users?

Allows scanning of mkv/mp4 files into the music library. Skin changes show codec/bitrate/samplerate etc at the album level
