Building simple, open-source tools for developers and builders.
The Nexment Project is an independent open-source project focused on building practical, reliable, and developer-first software.
An AI genrated image, don't care about it too much.
Nexment is built around a few given principles and of course we follow it.
Softwares are fast, secure, don't mess with your privacy (not a spyware btw), local-first design and
yeah it's free and open source.
You can play with code, build your own software with it. Whatever
Softwares !
The Nexment Project focuses on practical software rather than building technology simply for the sake of technology.
Our projects may include anything, its random and it depends on idea.
It might be a devloper tool or a library or a general used tool. You got it.
We prefer simplicity over complexity. Everyone prefer that.
Project are minimal, clean and user friendly.
Codes are clean, formatted and linted.
We are not trying to build everything.
We are trying to build things that are worth using.
Nexment is an open-source project, and contributions are welcome.
Just read the CONTRIBUTING.md file.
You can contribute with code, big fixes, testing, improving docs.
Here are some formal steps to follow before contributing according to AI :
- Read the repository's
CONTRIBUTING.md. - Check the project's README and documentation.
- Review existing issues and pull requests when relevant.
- Follow the repository's development and contribution guidelines.
- Keep changes focused and explain the reasoning behind significant changes.
Every repo may have its own rules depending on project.
Contribution in some project may be closed. But it will definitely be opened if it become stable.
We want Nexment to remain open while also keeping its projects maintainable and reliable.
Most Nexment projects are released under the Apache License 2.0.
Some repositories may use the GNU General Public License v3.0 when its copyleft requirements are better suited to the project.
Always check the LICENSE file inside the individual repository for the exact license that applies to that project.
The Nexment Project is maintained and developed under the direction of:

Nexment is more than a collection of repositories.
It is an attempt to build useful software in an open, practical, and responsible way — without unnecessary complexity and without losing sight of the people who use it.
Projects may start small, change direction, or eventually become something much larger. The goal remains the same: build useful things, keep them open, and make them better over time.
Built for developers with ❤️
