What is Codexa?

Codexa is a self-hosted EPUB web reader with multi-user support, OPDS browsing, KOReader sync, and a built-in dictionary lookup — all in a single lightweight Node.js container.

Why was Codexa developed?

I am using Grimmory as my ebook collection server and many different devices connected to its OPDS service and KORedaer sync server to sync progress. Sadly some of my epub books were not properly displayed in Grimmory web reader and also two way Grimmory <-> KOReader sync is not yet working, so when failing to find alternative web base browser, I decided to develop my own. It started as personal project, but grew so much that I would like to share if anyone else might find it useful.
