thejohnny#1 I get the following error when I try to create a new project using a service account with Organization Administrator role permissions: google_project.main: error creating project nathanproj (nathanproj): googleapi: Error 403: User is not authorized., forbidden. If you received a 403 error, make sure you have the roles/resourcemanager.projectCreator permission There's no option for Project Creator in the list of roles to allow the service account in Google's web interface. Also, no one bothered to follow up on this issue here, either: sethvargo/vault-on-gke#16

This does have the prerequisite of creating a project, then hunting down all the poorly named parameters needed and finding their analogues in Terraform.
