Revamping the Project Proposals

1. Create a section for projects and ideas to https://thenewboston.com/project-proposals/.

2. Add a label to the projects as Active/Inactive based on weekly commits and PRs.

3. Display team members(should link with user profile) and display leads of each project and the openings as well.

4. Title of the project will link to the project details repo of /Project-proposals

5. Display tech stacks of that project.

6. Total funds received by the project so far and each fund should link to the fund request issue.
