Fix CPAN Kwalitee issue regarding consistent versioning of modules.
"Outputting" in the debug print functions were not replaced though, perhaps later.
Since `use strict;` is already there, add this as well to fix another Kwalitee issue.

This PR is a submission for my CPAN Pull Request Challenge this month.
This fixes some CPANTS Kwalitee warnings particularly the extra issues regarding consistent module versions and lack of
use warnings;. Furthermore, this fixes some typos and adds a few more stopwords to the pod-spelling test.
