Expand APK device coverage and normalize state parsing

• add APK-confirmed X-Sense device models and entity types
• normalize boolean and numeric state parsing for additional reported fields
• add APK-confirmed self-test, mute, and fire-drill action metadata for supported devices
• fix water and temperature/humidity mute shadow payload names

• Parsed all xsense Python files with AST
• Ran git diff --check

Closing this older overlapping PR because its work has been consolidated into #28, which carries the station action/data payload, device mapping/normalization, APK command, and MQTT live-update changes forward together on the async-only client branch with tests.
