Name of game: Escape Hell's Kitchen
Group members: Ana Morais, Jasmine Rodelas, Samantha Georges, Malaika Joiner
Game Play:
- Our game has an escape room style, where the player is trapped in a kitchen
- Throughout the game play, the player will find notes written by an ex employee about his journey of escaping but with a twist at the end
- Some effects we want to implement are darkening sides of viewpoint, proximity sounds, footsteps, and jumpscares
- While working at the restaurant, the player has side tasks of making food for the boss
Goals: We are all doing a mix of design and implementation but on different sections of the game
Ana:
- Finalize each scene environment
- Add colliders to all objects necessary
- Add a drivethrough window
- Implement customers going to the window and pop up text for orders that need to be made
Jasmine:
- Main menu and start scenes
- Pop ups for directions of game play (guide)
- Pop ups that describe gameplay as game goes on
Sam:
- Make food pop ups (ingredients, item, etc)
- Implemet a quote of items
- Make orders appear one at a time
- When the order is correct, make order disappear and some kind of sound or indication it was correct
Malaika:
- Implement inntectaction with food items (pick up, drop)
- Deliver to counter
- Cook patty in stove
- Implement assembly of food
