It may be switching to fallback logic due to some version issues. Added some more checks and improved the file path. Attaching a screenshot from the terminal as a proof. |

What was changed?
This pr adds a Rain Prediction Feature
Why was it added?
It was added to provide a rain predictor, which has an underlying pipeline to predict the rainfall and categorise through input of location.
Testing
Code is locally tested on the terminal.
