- Add MAC layer (id 6) overlaying default with Mac-equivalent shortcuts: - Cmd+Shift+5 in place of Win+Shift+S (screenshot tool) - Cmd+Tab / Cmd+Shift+Tab in place of Win Alt+Esc / Shift+Alt+Esc - Add Mac shortcut #defines: MLOCK, MNWIN, MPWIN, MFORCE, MPSCR - Add win_host / mac_host macros that combine BT profile select with a base-layer switch: - ADJ + 1 -> BT profile 0 + activate DEFAULT (Windows) - ADJ + 2 -> BT profile 1 + activate MAC - profiles 2-4 remain plain BT_SEL bindings

Adds a MAC layer plus host-switch macros that combine BT profile select with a base-layer switch.
