Wooyeol Lee

I am a first-year MS/Ph.D. student in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Seoul National University, advised by Prof. Kyungsu Kim at the Artificial Intelligence & Biomedical Informatics Lab.

My research focuses on modeling and learning interactions among the molecular components of biomolecular complexes. I aim to develop reliable and scalable learning and generative methods for complex generation and evaluation, with applications in protein binder design and binding affinity prediction.
