prek 0.5.0 removed the `auto-update` subcommand (renamed to `update` in 0.4.8). The workflow installs latest prek, so every run since 0.5.0 shipped failed on argument parsing before touching prek.toml.

The weekly prek auto-update workflow runs
prek update --cooldown-days 7. prek 0.5.0 removed theauto-updatesubcommand it used to call, and the workflow installs latest prek, so the job has failed on argument parsing since 0.5.0 shipped. The PR body the job writes names the new command too.The job's other failure is a repo setting, not a file: "Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests" was off, so every earlier run pushed its branch and then could not open the PR. That setting is now on, and the orphaned
prek-auto-updatebranch from those runs is deleted.
