Analysis of ~/.claude/projects JSONL files on popmini:
- inventory (1871 files, 522MB, back to 2026-01-13)
- phrase frequency for 'load bearing' and 'push back' per day and model
- n-gram style comparison between opus 4-6 and 4-7
Key finding: opus 4-7 uses 'load bearing' 10x more often per block than
4-6 and 'push back' 13x more; 4-6 narrates ('now let me...', 'let me
check...') where 4-7 acts and evaluates.
Captures the design exploration: a runnable diagnostic for the "only ~1 month showing" question, the sync-to-laptop pull-model architecture for cross-machine codeburn aggregation, and optional OTel env-var setup.
