Builds a production-ready Next.js frontend and a FastAPI backend API wrapper for the NeuraX RAG system.

This PR replaces the existing Gradio and Streamlit UIs with a unified, modern, and responsive Next.js application, integrating with the Python backend via a new FastAPI layer to provide document intelligence, multimodal search, and secure analytics.
