- puma 6.6.0 → 8.0.2（取代 dependabot 停在 7.1.0 的過時分支）： 本專案 puma.rb 為 Rails 預設、未用任何 7/8 改名的 hooks； 8.0.2 含 PROXY protocol 解析的安全修補 - 已知行為變更：production 綁定預設改 IPv6 優先（::），對 Fly 內網為相容方向，部署後實證 - docs/REFACTOR_PLAN.md 加歷史文件註記（制定於 Rails 7.2 時期）

處理 dependabot 的 puma 升版（#23 停在 7.1.0 且分支基底過舊、CI 紅）：改於最新 main 直接升到 8.0.2（含 PROXY protocol 安全修補）。順帶完成 Rails 升級後的版本敘述掃尾。
變更內容
/up）docs/REFACTOR_PLAN.md加歷史文件註記；GitHub repo 描述已同步改為 Rails 8.1（非版控內，另行以 gh 更新完成）測試確認
