Closing sections were boilerplate ("download this file, start a new
conversation") that added no value. Three skills had useful workflow
guidance folded into their output turn instead:
- extract-review-insights: downstream use cases for each output section
- content-template: run once per content type to build a template set
- write-product-descriptions: reuse same foundation docs, swap product data
Also removes closing checklist item from conventions-checklist.md (both
copies), the "closing" requirement from adapt-skill edge cases, and the
closing section from adapt-skill's example-adaptation.md.

Summary
Closing sections were boilerplate that just told users to download the file. The useful bits (downstream use cases, batch workflow tips) are now in the output turn where the user actually sees the output.
