Refresh the module lockfile for TinyBus 0.1.1

Updating this gitlink to the 0.1.1 release changes the versions of the path packages, but crates/tinymemory-module/Cargo.lock:1763-1792 still records tinybus, tinybus-macros, and tinybus-module as 0.1.0. After CI checks out the new submodule, the module build at .github/workflows/ci.yml:349 runs Cargo with --locked, so Cargo cannot update those entries and exits before compiling; regenerate and commit the module's separate lockfile with this bump.
