docs: 同步 skill 到 App 3.3.0 (补 prompt/enhance)#7

PR #6 桥接了 prompt/enhance 进 ACP, 同步更新了 README 和 agent-help, 但遗漏了 skill 源 (skills/zcode-bridge-guide/SKILL.md)。本次补齐: - version 1.1.0 → 1.2.0 - 兼容声明: App 3.2.0+ → 3.3.0+, 补 prompt/enhance 提及 - 新增 prompt 级扩展方法表 (enhance / enhance/start / enhance/cancel) - 版本兼容性表加 App 3.3.0 行, 注明 CLI 仍 0.15.0 但 prompt/* 需 App 3.3.0+
