choosing temperature

the lower bound should probably be 1. Baragatti, Grimaud, Pommeret 2011 says: the principle of PT is to choose N temperatures T1=1<T2<..<TN (http://arxiv.org/pdf/1101.4743v4.pdf)

  • can we dynamically change the temperatures? a paper?
  • how to pick the list at the start?
