feat: web integration

Summary

• Ship the broadsheet as a live paper: Paper/Black stock, FOUC-safe theme, Open Graph, and a Tomato nameplate across the magazine pages.
• Replace heavy GIFs and the raw KiCad GLB with H.264 hero/immersion/compiler clips, WebP posters, and a 1.26 MB Draco alu.glb that keeps copper on its own material.
• Put the hardware compiler on the wire: opcode-sweep sim + Artix-7 clips, boxed FPGA hit 0x80 AND3 (out = AND3 + AND3 on the recorded vector).
• Restyle the 3D tour and bench (camera pull, tap/reset/dolly, desk vs hand HUD) and typeset the 16 Aug web-optimization dispatch.

Test plan

• cd web && node --test tests/*.mjs (Vercel build command) is green
• Front page: paper hero MP4 autoplays; Black stock swaps to immersion_black.mp4 without a blank plate
• #opcode-compiler shows both sweeps; FPGA caption is AND3 · 0x80; the boxed vector matches the Dual-LUT model
• Playground Find opcode tab and journal/demo-ideas show the same clips and hit box
• Viewer: tap / double-tap / triple-tap; Reset chip is not stuck red; keyboard legend hidden on a hand
• Nested pages (journal/…, boards/…) still load CSS/JS via relative paths on local python3 -m http.server
