feat: add the lot-07 gallery and retitle Catalog / Orbit

Summary

• Adds gallery.html: cover-flow carousel, swipe/lightbox, responsive WebP variants (128/640/1280), LCP preload, and deferred off-screen frames.
• Mast nav is now Catalog / Orbit / Gallery; footer tomato mark is gone; 3D board autospins on first load.
• Homepage opcode-sweep pair stays side by side, autoplays muted when on screen, and expands on click.

Test plan

• cd web && npm test (35 passing)
• Open gallery.html on desktop and mobile: swipe, filmstrip, tap to expand, arrows on desk only
• Confirm first frame is a 640w WebP, not the full JPEG/WebP originals
• Front page: both compiler clips visible, aligned at the top, autoplay, click expands
• Nav reads Catalog / Orbit / Gallery on a nested journal page
• Footer is copyright only (no mark)
• Orbit/viewer: board spins on load; Hold starts on
