Spatiotemporal Groundwater Status Modelling using Deep Learning Techniques
As part of ISRP Project 4, scripts were developed to estimate airborne PCB emissions from Portland Harbor, OR, model their air dispersion with AERMOD, and analyze spatial patterns using Kriging, and sample similarities using PCB congener profiles and cosine theta metrics.
Create variograms, krige, and generate correlograms by utilizing gstat and spdep!
