I build machine-learning methods for scientific time series, with a focus on environmental sensor data. My work studies imputation, forecasting, structured attention, and physics-informed learning for aquatic monitoring systems where measurements vary across depth, feature, and time.
time-series imputation | time-series forecasting | structured attention | physics-informed machine learning | environmental AI | scientific machine learning
- Developing robust imputation methods for stratified environmental sensor networks with missing and irregular observations.
- Studying how depth, feature, and time structure can improve scientific time-series models.
- Building reproducible research workflows for papers, experiments, code releases, and reviewer-facing artifacts.
