Record the 0.8.0 deliveries against the adoption frontier: - the owner + runtime (cluster) blast-radius join now ships on the reference deployment (#156) — only the migration-parity narrative remains - the docs polish pass extended to the restructured reference, glossary, llms.txt, the governance-as-provenance how-to, and the SARIF profile reference (#157 / #164 / #168) - reconcile now backfills SBOMs on kept digests (#167), shrinking the audit --fail-on-no-sbom gate to a backstop Snapshot header bumped 0.7.0 -> 0.8.0.
