🧹 [false positive] Retain JSDoc comment in themes.ts - #101

Conversation
The reported issue flagged line 186 in `components/src/dither/themes.ts` as a commented-out dead code block. Upon inspection, this is a valid JSDoc comment (`/** rgba(r,g,b, for a fixed colour, so per-pixel loops build only the alpha. */`) for the `rgbPrefix` function, not dead code. Thus, no code changes were required. Co-authored-by: google-labs-jules[bot] <161369871+google-labs-jules[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

🎯 What: Analyzed a reported code health issue for commented-out dead code.
💡 Why: To prevent removing valid documentation. The flagged code was a JSDoc block.
✅ Verification: Ran tests and confirmed no other commented-out code exists in the file.
✨ Result: Acknowledged the false positive and left the documentation intact.
