Preserve placement unit

Summary

• Preserve optional SPECCTRA placement-level (unit ...) descriptors when parsing DSN PCB placement sections.
• Emit preserved placement unit metadata from stringifyDsnJson so PCB parse -> stringify -> parse keeps section-specific placement units.
• Add focused regression coverage for (unit mil) inside placement.
