Summary

• Preserve DSN class circuit (priority ...) descriptors while parsing PCB network classes.
• Emit preserved priority metadata from stringifyDsnJson so PCB parse -> stringify -> parse keeps class routing priority.
• Add focused round-trip regression coverage for class circuit priority descriptors.
