Initially this is achieved by adding the thoughtbot/turbolinks-ios fork as a submodule, which provides Swift Package Manager integration. If turbolinks/turbolinks-ios#177 is merged and released, we can remove our submodule and integrate turbolinks-ios using semantic versioning instead.
