Friendlier output banner for tremormesh-sim

Make the simulation result easier to read at a glance.

Task: when a warning is issued, print a clear ASCII banner summarising blind-zone radius and lead time. Keep the existing lines so tests/CI are unaffected.

I have resolved the requested changes and updated the PR accordingly.

I've added the input validation for empty strings and implemented the [y/n] confirmation logic for the delete feature as discussed. Could you please take another look when you have a moment?
