Added configuration options, allows starting on any floor now.
childImmobilizeNerf (default = false): Makes Crying Children not immobilize you if only one Librarian is standing.
diceSpeedUp (default = true): Patches methods to make your die rolls slightly faster while inside The Finnal Battle.
