Icod.Terminal 1.11.1 — TermInfo persistent-raster integration contract

Summary

Prepares Icod.Terminal 1.11.1 as a compatibility-preserving persistent-raster integration patch between Icod.TermInfo.Inspection 1.11.0 static lifecycle planning and Icod.Terminal live verification/execution.

The production package remains loosely coupled: Icod.TermInfo.Inspection is used only by the dedicated integration-contract tests and the non-packable integration sample. Icod.TermInfo.Source is not introduced, and the production dependency graph remains Icod.TermInfo 1.11.0 plus Icod.Timing 1.0.0.

The integration contract proves:

• static TermInfo persistent-raster lifecycle planning is side-effect free;
• an Indeterminate plan can be strengthened by Terminal-owned live verification plus caller-owned Verified lifecycle evidence;
• verified persistent non-support replans to Impossible without attempting persistent execution;
• exact static Icod lifecycle declarations can plan successfully while Terminal independently retains authority over live endpoint usability;
• the successful public execution path remains opaque TerminalRasterResource / TerminalRasterPlacement ownership with no public protocol ids or backend selection.

The produced Icod.Terminal.1.11.1.nupkg was inspected after qualification: every net8.0, net9.0, and net10.0 dependency group contains only Icod.TermInfo 1.11.0 and Icod.Timing 1.0.0.

The table-driven TerminalTermInfoSemanticEvidence cleanup remains a later independent change. Static lifecycle-evidence ingestion and any adapter package remain deferred architectural decisions.

Merge, mainline Release validation, v1.11.1 tagging, and NuGet publication remain explicit maintainer/release-workflow actions.
