What changed
Clarify that core Busy Bar control is fully local while optional Slack sync,
weather, and update checks contact their respective external services only
when enabled or requested.
Why
The earlier wording was too broad for an open-source privacy statement. This
describes the actual data boundary without weakening the local-first design.
