Not sure about the chosen logo image - not consistent with other providers (e.g. Open AI does not have Chat GPT logo) - but on the other hand I think that Claude logo is more recognizable than Anthropic's one. Probably one with "Claude AI by Anthropic" would be best, but I could not find any on the internet with the transparent logo.
Legally image should fine - got it from wikipedia, under licensing it mentions that since it is simple svg image it does
not meet the threshold of originality needed for copyright protection, and is therefore in the public domain
